Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit an energetic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to lead the Club’s Digital activity.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible the day-to-day relationship with the Club’s Digital Marketing agency, tasked with transforming this area of the business to ultimately drive commercial growth.

If successful, you will use your experience and commercial mind-set to help the Club achieve measurable improvements in the following areas:

  • Ticketing (GA and Hospitality)
  • Memberships
  • Retail
  • Delia’s Canary Catering (Delia’s Restaurant & Bar, Conference, Meetings and Events, and Special Events)
  • Sales products

In the role, you will act as the first port of call for all internal digital marketing requests as well as requests from external stakeholders, working collaboratively with the Club’s Digital Marketing agency to drive growth in the Digital area. You will therefore need to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to manage expectations and prioritise activity based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience within Digital Marketing, whether in-house or within an agency, and will be ready to take on the challenge of revolutionising the Club’s Digital activity.

  • An analytical mind-set, using past performance to shape future activity
  • Proactive approach to monitoring campaigns, keeping abreast of the latest Digital Marketing trends and industry best practice.
  • Willingness to find and develop new revenue streams

A passion for sport and a working knowledge of the football industry are desirable but not essential.

Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit an experienced and creative commercially minded Marketing Manager to help the Club promote and sell its key products.

The stakeholder will manage the delivery of the Club’s Marketing strategy to drive, retain and develop the customer and business base in order to maximise revenues. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position is responsible for creating and delivering innovative campaigns for the Club’s key commercial products, not limited to but including;

The ideal candidate must be Digitally and data focused, with demonstrable experience of delivering campaigns utilising multiple Digital Marketing channels, including paid search, paid social and CRM.

You will have strong stakeholder management experience and be able to effectively prioritise activity based on business needs while managing stakeholders expectation.

The candidate should be pro-active and organised but with the ability to multi-task, working across multiple campaigns and areas of the business. Moreover, the candidate should be ambitious and resilient, constantly challenging the status-quo based on their knowledge of industry best practice.

Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit a Scout on a casual basis to watch Academy football in Doncaster and surrounding areas for players aged U15-U18 years. Due to the ad hoc nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in, or close to Doncaster.

The role will involve attending Academy games midweek (evenings), Saturday and Sunday mornings and completing comprehensive reports on the players involved to help identify players for Norwich City.

The Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) is a long-term plan introduced by the Premier League to promote the development of a world leading Academy system. It aims to deliver an environment that promotes excellence, nurtures talent and systematically converts this talent into professional players capable of playing First Team football at the Club that develops them.

Within the plan professional Clubs are awarded a categorisation for their Academy, depending on their ability to fulfil the criteria outlined above. Our Academy has been awarded the highest possible status (Category One).

Scouts are required to assist with Scouting and Recruitment providing a systematic coverage of local Football in order to identify realistic recruitment targets for the Academy at Norwich City Football Club.

Successful applicants will be paid an hourly rate which will be systematically reviewed so that high achievers are offered higher remuneration and more games to watch.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years scouting experience.

The following criteria are essential:

  • Knowledge of local football
  • Experience or a background in scouting
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator

The Norwich City Football Club Academy is looking to recruit Academy Therapists on a casual basis. The successful individuals will be responsible for working with academy teams, providing first class pitch-side first aid/trauma management during academy training and fixtures. They will report to the Lead Academy Physiotherapist and work under the guidance of our full time Academy Physiotherapists.

Key responsibilities include emergency pitch side first aid, the diagnosis and treatment of injuries, early injury rehabilitation and management, assisting other medical staff when required, and liaising with coaches regarding the wellbeing of players.

This is a part-time, paid role which will involve being present at both home and away fixtures (predominantly Sundays) on a regular basis, as well as occasional training sessions. There is also opportunity to travel to tournaments and tours in the UK and abroad. We are looking for enthusiastic and pro-active individuals with a good understanding of the management of pitch side emergency scenarios and sport and musculoskeletal injuries.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Completed BSc Physiotherapy, BSc Sports Therapy or BSc Sports Rehabilitation.
  • Registered with the CSP, Society of Sports Therapists or BASRaT.
  • Experience working in a sports environment
  • First aid qualification equivalent or higher to ITMMiF
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and hardworking attitude

Desirable

  • Experience working with children in an elite football club environment
  • Experience in the recognition and management of paediatric musculoskeletal conditions
  • Experience in pitch side sports trauma management
  • FA safeguarding children workshop certificate.
  • Full driving license
  • Valid passport for travel if required.

Norwich FC’s in-stadium betting operator, BD Stadia, are looking to add to their team of part-time cashiers to assist in the processing of fans' bets on a match day. 

Hours: On match days, 3 hours per match (weekends and evenings) 
Rate of pay: £8.33 per hour 

As part of the BD Stadia in-stadium betting team, duties include: 

  • Promoting the match day betting service and the relevant specials/promotions in the area you are assigned
  • Processing bets from supporters in concourse and corporate areas prior to kick off 
  • Cash handling and reconciling paperwork quickly and efficiently 

Delivering high levels of customer service and promoting brand awareness. 

The successful candidates must be: 

  • Honest and reliable
  • Professional and smart in appearance 
  • Available to work weekend and evening fixtures for the duration of the season, including over Christmas and Easter ( this is essential ) 
  • Well-spoken, enthusiastic and confident 
  • Ideally experienced and strong in customer service and cash handling
